This was the first time I ever felt so comfortable at an eye doctor’s office. The front desk staff were so polite and patient. But the star of the show is the eye doctor. She was so nice and personable. She explained stuff to me and answered all my questions and concerns. She reminds you of a cool great aunt. I highly recommend this team for all of your eye needs.​​​​​​​

Dr. Koonce is wonderful. She always makes us feel like we are her only patients. She takes her time and explains everything. She is a wonderful and loving person but also an amazing doctor.​​​​​​​

It was my first time, everyone was nice. I was also in and out in a timely manner. Can’t wait to get my new glasses :) Dr. Koonce is amazing and made sure I knew and understood what was going on with my eyes.​​​​​​​

They were able to get me in on the same day I called. Another practice had bungled my appt date and I had limited time off work. Charlotte optometric got me in on the same day and I was given a thorough exam by Dr Koonce and her staff. Nothing but positives to say about this practice.

Dr. Koonce is great with my Autistic son. She is very patient and she gets him. We have been seeing her for five years and it's been great.​​​​​​​
